Purchase procedure

1. Order entry
In on-line shop www.ibmar.si  select desired item and click “Add to Cart” to add item into your shopping basket. By clicking “Shopping Cart” you enter Step 1 where you can review items that were put in cart again. By clicking “Checkout” you will enter Step 2. Here you enter data requested for shipping, billing and payment. By clicking “Review Order” you enter Step 3 where you can review all entered data again. By clicking “Submit Order” your order entry process is completed.
 
Buyer can change shopping basket anytime during purchase procedure. All changes are updated after clicking “Update Cart”.
 
Every buyer is entitled to receive E-newsletter. With E-newsletter buyer is informed about different activities in on-line store www.ibmar.si (e.g. new products, items with temporary price reduction, etc.). In case buyer does not wish to receive E-news, I would like to receive details of special offers and prizes." mark has to be removed.
 
Buyer can remove subscription to newsletter anytime on http://ibmar.si/en/newsletter/subscriptions.
 
2. Order confirmation

Buyer will receive order entry confirmation and order summary after submitting order. Order confirmation e-mail will include user name and password in case buyer will wish to review order and history of orders. At this point contract between Halas and buyer is considered to be concluded.
 
Halas d.o.o. reserves rights to contact buyer before confirming order if he finds that needed. Order summary copy is kept and is available to buyer at his/her request.
 
3. Dispatching goods

Buyer is notified by e-mail after Halas dispatches items to delivery address.
