Order cancellation
 

After buyer receives e-mail with order confirmation he/she has 1 hour to cancel the order. Order has to be cancelled by e-mail to narocila@ibmar.si , in which he has to provide order number, name and address of buyer.

Right to cancel

Buyer is entitled to cancel order without stating reason in 2 weeks after receiving goods. In such case buyer is obliged to notify Halas d.o.o. about the cancellation either by sending letter or e-mail to narocila@ibmar.si. Buyer has to bare any costs related to return of goods. Items have to be returned to Halas d.o.o. in original conditions as they were received and not damaged. If buyer is not able to provide items in original form he/she might have to compensate Halas d.o.o. for the eventual damage. Buyer needs to attach copy of original invoice. Buyer will be refunded to the desired bank account specified in return notification or refund will be accounted as pre-payment on any other order if such request is made by buyer. Halas doesn’t refund in cash. Money is refunded as soon as possible or latest in 30 days.

In case goods were damaged during delivery buyer is entitled to be compensated by receiving items that are same as ordered. All cost of replacement are born by Halas d.o.o. Buyer has to return damaged goods in 8 days after receiving items in packaging that prevents damage and notify Halas about the return on e-mail narocila@ibmar.si. Buyer is obliged to submit reclamation form which is provided by Halas.
